Create a man and woman already married. Move them into any sized lot up to you. No pre-built houses though. They can have any aspiration that you want but I would suggest having a family aspiration since they are going to have a large family.
Have five generations of sims each having five kids. Not too hard you might think but you might get sick of always having seven people in the house. No adopting, if a parent has an affair that results in a child that child does not count, they have to have five kids together. Have each child move out when it turns into an adult except for one child you choose which one who will stay in the house and continue the challenge. You can hire a nanny but only one a day.
No cheats allowed except right at the beginning you can use mother lode one time, no more after that at all. No exiting the game when something bad happens.

7=for each maxed out point.
-10=for any sim that has to have a visit from the social bunny.
Set up
Start off creating a man and woman in CAS. Make them already married and move them into an empty lot, any size it’s up to you. It would be best for this challenge if all adult sims have a family aspiration because you will be having lots of kids.
Game Play
You have two days to let your sims just hang out and do whatever, if you need to work on earning some points, what ever you want them to do for those two days. Now every day after that they must adopt a toddler, until eventually they get six adopted kids. They will not be having any kids of there own, they are sorta just an orphanage. Raise your sim family up the best you can. You can hire help but every time you do it will cost you a point in the challenge so try to do the best you can alone. When the kids grow up, make the youngest child in the house stay and do the same thing, this challenge is meant to go on for three generation starting with the first six kids. You can, however play only one or two if you wish you will just earn less points.
Cheats
You can use the mother lode cheat only one time at the very beginning to help them build a good enough house, since working will be difficult at first.

Romance

Set Up
This challenge is meant to go on for three generations. Start off with one sim in a house, with romance aspiration. All sims have to have romance aspiration for this challenge. You can move this person into an empty lot or a pre-built house. You can create another house full of sims to use for lovers if you wish.
Game Play
The whole point of this challenge is to make that one sim have as many lovers as possible. You may not want this sim to get married, that will make things even harder. It can be a male or female sim but this sim has to have or adopt at least one child at some point to continue on with the challenge. A sim is not considered a lover until your sim has woo hooed with them in a bed and a hot tub. You can hire a nanny to care for the kids.
Cheats
You can use the money cheat as much as you like but no other cheating of any sort. No exiting if something bad happens either.
Points
2=for each child in the game
4=if they actually carry and give birth to a child, if not adopting one.
5=for each sim they woo hoo with
5=for each maxed out point
2=for each sim they make out with.

Romance Woman with Seven Men

Set Up
Start off with Seven Romance men and One Romance Woman moving in together in an empty lot or pre-built house. Make sure they are all romance aspiration and make sure they are NOT related. This will be a one generation challenge.
Game Play
The point is to have that one woman woo hoo and make out with all seven men. They will get jealous with each other and things might turn ugly having them all under one roof. She can have as many relationships outside of those men it doesn’t matter but she has to woohoo and make out with those men first. This all has to be done before they turn into elders. The challenge is over when they all turn into elders. No points just make sure you complete it.
Cheats
You can cheat with money all you like. But no exiting when something bad happens.
